Conor McNulty has been the goalkeeper coach for Capital Athletic since 2004. McNulty's duties include providing specialized goalkeeper training for all of the goalies in the club U8-U18, evaluating the goalkeepers, and coordinating their development with each goalkeeper's head coach.

McNulty was himself an outstanding keeper. He was an All-State goalkeeper in high school and a member of the Oregon State ODP team before going on to the University of San Francisco to play his college soccer. He went on to play professionally for the Boulder Rapids Reserves of the PDL and was a preseason member of the San Jose Earthquakes of the MLS.
