BOCA’s First Annual Pasta Feed Fundraiser with Raffle and Silent Auction

Need a date night or a night to get-together with your friends and family?

We are planning just the event for you!
 

BOCA’s First Annual Pasta Feed Fundraiser with Raffle and Silent Auction (Flyer)

(Event for adults 21 years old and older only – alcohol served)

Catered by Off the Vine Catering (Hanson family business)

WHEN: October 16, 2010 from 5 pm to 11 pm.

WHERE: 946 Machinists Hall, 2749 Sunrise Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742

COST: $10 per person for dinner, which includes cold appetizer, salad, rolls, spaghetti, dessert and Starbucks coffee. No-host bar open for beer, wine, and soda.

This is our main fundraising event for the year. We will need everyone's help to make this a success!  
 

Raffle: Each team will sponsor raffle items (retailing at least $100) to be donated to the event. Talk to your team-mates about a theme for your items and start collecting donations of items or purchasing items to donate! (Themes include family fun, movie time, tailgating/BBQ, water play, sports fun, coffee break, scrapbooking/sewing, etc)

 

Live and Silent Auction: We are in need of items of high value for our auction (for example, tickets for a Kings game or other sporting event, theatre tickets, dinner for a group, memorabilia, collectibles, puppies, new cars, vacations/timeshares, airline tickets and services like car detailing, massage).

 

Monetary Donations: Any denomination would be greatly appreciated! Sponsors will be recognized based on the amount donated as follows: World Cup Sponsors (over $2500), Platinum Circle ($1001-2500), Gold Circle ($501-1000), Silver Circle ($251-500), Bronze Circle ($101-250), Patron ($51-100) and Friends ($1-50).

 

DONATIONS: Any goods, services, or monetary donations would be greatly appreciated! Please ask the businesses that you visit and/or friends that own businesses. You may be surprised to see what others are willing to donate to support our kids!

CASA is a non-profit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible. Talk to your tax advisor. A donation request letter link is available for your convenience.

 

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

* One person from each team is needed as the contact person for this event. This person will be responsible for getting the raffle items together and communicating between the planning committee and the team. 

* Certified babysitters are needed to volunteer their service for BOCA families that may need assistance in their homes.

* If interested in being the team contact person or babysitting, please send me your name/child's name, team name, email address, and phone number.

More volunteer opportunities will be available for the day of the event.
