Skills Training

Throughout the year Capital Athletic offers a Skills Academy where players can get supplemental training to assist them with the development of their soccer skills.  This Academy is directed by the Coaching Directors and there is no additional cost to the players that participate.  Sometimes the Academy is limited to only members of Capital Athletic, and there are others times of year where the Academy is open to anyone who would like to attend.  Technical skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, heading, and defending are emphasized at the Skills Academy.

U8 - U14 Girls and Boys

Every Monday in April and May (4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21)

5:30 - 7:00 p.m. @ Larchmont Park
The Spring Skills Academy will be run by Technical Director, Berhane Andeberhan.  This Academy is limited to Capital Athletic members.  All coaches in the U8 - U14 age groups will assist Andeberhan with this Academy.  If you have any questions regarding this Academy please contact Brandon Cavitt at brandon@capitalathletic.com
